Rules & Policies

Regular room rates are $95 per night for any occupancy in Rooms 1811 and 1821, and $115 per night for Suite 1913.  Rates include a fresh breakfast and all taxes. Please contact us for more details.

We do not allow pets at the Mill – (sorry!).

There is NO SMOKING in the Mill or anywhere on the grounds, including the deck.  If smoking has occurred in any room or on the grounds, a minimum fee of $200 will be added to the guest’s bill.

Check-In and Check-Out

» Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
» Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The deposit will be partially refunded if you must cancel or change your reservation within two weeks of your arrival date. If the room(s) are re-booked, you will receive total deposit less any credit card or other applicable fees. Smoking is not permitted on the premises (including deck).

To check availability and get more details about placing a reservation, please visit our Reservations page. Please note that requesting the availability of a room DOES NOT automatically reserve the room.  You will receive a reply letting you know if the room you requested (or any other room) is available.  A reservation is not in place until we send confirmation.
