NOTE: Requesting a reservation DOES NOT reserve the room.  After we receive your request, we will check our reservation book and then get in touch with you to CONFIRM the reservation. No room is reserved until we send confirmation.

There is NO SMOKING in the Mill or on the grounds (including the deck).  If smoking has occurred in any room or on the grounds, a minimum fee of $200 will be added to the guest’s bill.

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total is due upon booking. The deposit will be partially refunded if you must cancel or change your reservation within two weeks of the date of your arrival. If the room(s) are re-booked, you will receive total deposit less any credit card and other applicable fees. Smoking is not permitted on the premises (including deck).
